Healthy- wild caught salmon with a lemon dill topping ( dill, lemon juice and mayonnaise); cauliflower and broccoli with a cheese sauce and a Spring mix salad comprising of organic lettuces: oak leaf, tango, green leaf, red leaf, lollo rossa; organic baby kale, arugula, mizuna, tatsoi, baby spinach and radicchio topped with organic ground flax, sesame, chia, hemp and flaked nutritional yeast with organic extra virgin olive oil.
