Eating out: Healthy Keto version
When dining out, there are substitutes one can make with mostly any dish and from my experience, the restaurants I have dealt with have been receptive to the changes : here I asked for no bun and instead of fries, I substituted a spinach salad. Spinach salad (mushrooms, eggs, red onion, goat cheese, slivered almonds, bacon) and a bun less burger with mushroom, swiss cheese, arugula and mayonnaise. Was delicious!!!
