salad: mixed greens, ground chia, ground sesame, ground flax; organic hemp hearts, unfortified flaked nutritional yeast, organic sunflower seeds and MCT oil; eggs: 3 scrambled eggs, 2 natural nitrite free chicken slices chopped, pink hymalayan sea salt, pepper, whipping cream cooked in frying pan with grass fed butter and topped with shredded swiss cheese.
