Pizza on keto friendly flatbread ( low sugar pizza sauce, italien seasoning, onions, mushrooms, ham and shredded parmesan cheese); Yummy salad- spinach, grape tomatoes, blueberries, goat cheese with a homemade balsamic dressing ( olive oil, balsamic vinegar and freshly squeezed lemon juice.)
