Shorter "Health Tips" videos

To view many of my shorter videos, simply go to:

- From phone: on my website at the top right ; click on the three horizontal lines; then scroll to the bottom and there is a TikToc icon; click there and it will bring you to my shorter videos

- From laptop: on my website at the far Upper right corner; second icon from the right is the TikToc icon which takes you straight to my shorter videos
