My main goal for asking Elaine for help was to lose weight and, with her guidance, I did. What was most surprising was the Health issues that were addressed. Gone were my chronic headaches, heartburn and foot swelling along with many others. It was an amazing journey with Elaine. She genuinely cares and is there for you throughout the entire journey.
