Synthetic verses Natural vitamins

The only benefit of synthetic vitamins is SHORT TERM USE ( maybe doing a detox) but that's it. You never want to take them long term. Synthetic vitamins are man made from petroleum and coal tar. Synthetic is unnaturally concentrated therefore peeing most out. Check out the ingredients, where does it come from ? If you cannot pronounce the ingredients, then it is most likely synthetic.

Natural vitamins are from whole foods in a concentrated form. In nature, you always have the whole complex of vitamins.
