The benefits of vitamin D

Got outside in the sun on my lunch hour as the sun is a great source of vitamin D and I find it therapeutic. Some benefits of vitamin D : lowers stress; lowers insulin; lowers inflammation; lowers estrogen; increases good bacteria; lowers metabolic syndrome which is behind obesity, diabetes and high blood pressure. Vitamin D is also good for boosting the immune system along with Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, garlic, colloidal silver and olive leaf.
