I have always had an unhealthy relationship with food and struggled with my weight. The chronic fatigue, muscle pain and acid reflux just became who I was. Then I was diagnosed pre diabetic and I knew I had to make changes. A friend referred me to Elaine and she changed my life. Our 11 month journey was not just about losing weight but learning how I had gotten here and how to make healthier choices. I am happy to say that I am no longer on medication for my acid reflux, all my fatigue is gone and I can actually sleep better because my aches and pains are minimal. And yeah! I lost weight and inches!
